Zlatan Ibrahimovic extends contract with Milan by one year

Former star Zlatan Ibrahimovic has extended his expiring contract with the Italian top club AC Milan by one year until 2022. The traditional club announced this on Thursday evening.

According to media reports, the Swede, who will celebrate his 40th birthday next October, will collect seven million euros plus bonuses.

Ibrahimovic has been playing for Rossoneri since January 2020 and has scored 15 goals in 17 league games this season, making him the top goalscorer of the current Serie A runner-up.
