Storm kicker Sandro Ingolitsch threatens a long break – Austrias Pichler apologizes

In the last-minute win over FK Austria Wien (2-1), SK Sturm Graz suffered a painful failure. Defender Sandro Ingolitsch seriously injured his knee after a brutal foul by Bendeikt Pichler – there is a risk of a long injury break.

When the score was 0-0, Austria-Kicker Pichler hit Ingolitsch’s knee with a stretched leg, and the 23-year-old had to be brought off the field on a stretcher. The game was also over for Pichler, the striker who had been substituted at half-time left the field with a straight red after just nine minutes.

Ingolitsch was immediately admitted to the accident hospital. A collateral ligament and / or cruciate ligament rupture is suspected. After the game, Pichler sent well wishes via Instagram story. “I wish you only the best,” wrote the offensive player.
