The Italian top club Inter Milan officially presented their new club logo on Tuesday. The logo is now omnipresent on social media channels and on the homepage.
The club crest is a “modern reinterpretation of the historic club logo, but in a lighter and more minimalist form”. This is how it is described in the official announcement of the association. The painter Giorgio Muggiani once designed that old logo in 1908.
“The focus is clearly on the two letters ‘I’ and ‘M’, which come into their own in Muggiani’s layout and are surrounded by a double circle according to the nerrazzuri tradition,” continues the fresh inter statement. The letters ‘F’ and ‘C’, on the other hand, no longer play a role, as does the color yellow.
In addition, the colors of course remained those that were selected in March 1908 when the association was founded. They are now just shown a little more dynamic and brighter.
