The severe knee injury of Sturm Graz right-back Sandro Ingolitsch was one of the ugliest scenes of the current Bundesliga season. Ingolitsch does not blame his opponent Benedikt Pichler.
When the score was 0-0, Austria kicker Pichler hit Ingolitsch’s knee with a stretched leg, and the 23-year-old had to be brought off the field on a stretcher.
