Leadership, unity and integrity have never been more important than in those times“, declared Nasser Al-Khelaïfi in the official press release issued by the ECA. He succeeds Andrea Agnelli, who resigned from his post on Sunday to become the vice-president of the European Super League, already aborted even before being launched.

The ECA is made up of 214 members, including at least one club from each of UEFA’s 53 national federations. It is supposed to represent the interests of clubs in Europe.
