Licensing procedure: Austria Wien and Austria Lustenau protest in due time

After the Senate 5 denied FK Austria Wien and SC Austria Lustenau a license and admission for the coming season in the first instance, both clubs submitted protests to the protest committee in due time.

The FAC Vienna (non-issuance of the license) and SV Stripfing / Weiden (non-issuance of the license) have not made any protest.

The decision of the protest committee will be made this year by Tuesday, April 27, 2021. This concludes the procedure or the instances within the Bundesliga.

After completing the internal proceedings, a complaint can be filed with the Permanent Neutral Arbitration Tribunal within eight days.

The licensing and approval process officially ends when the licensed clubs are announced to UEFA at the end of May.
