Even after the HSV missed ascent again, interim coach Horst Hrubesch thinks little of indiscipline. Jeremy Dudziak, who was eliminated from the squad for the last game of the season next Sunday against Eintracht Braunschweig, felt that.
The official reason for this is that the 25-year-old did not follow simple internal team rules. The measure initially applies until the end of the season.
How picture reports, Dudziak was late for appointments several times. He has already left the quarantine training camp in the Treudelberg hotel.
HSV – News: Horst Hrubesch deletes Jeremy Dudziak from the squad
That season, Dudziak had played 27 games in the 2nd division and scored two goals. His contract runs until 2022 after he switched from FC St. Pauli to HSV in 2019.
After coach Daniel Thioune was released, the search for a coach for the coming season at HSV is in full swing. As several media reports, the focus should meanwhile be on two candidates – Tim Walter and Tobias Schweinsteiger.
The Hamburger Morgenpost reported the interest in Walter, who worked for Holstein Kiel and most recently for VfB Stuttgart until his dismissal. HSV “definitely” wants to talk to Walter.
picture meanwhile brings Schweinsteiger, the brother of the former Bayern star Bastian, into play. He is currently working as an assistant coach at 1. FC Nürnberg. For him it would be a return to the Alster, because last season he worked as an assistant to coach Dieter Hecking at HSV. Hecking, in turn, is now the club’s sports director.
Meanwhile, the former HSV coaches Thorsten Fink and Bruno Labbadia should not be an option, like picture further reported.
