Manchester United prevailed against AC Milan in the crash duel of the Europa League round of 16. The Red Devils won the second leg at San Siro 1-0 (0-0) thanks to a goal from Paul Pogba, who played his first game since the beginning of February after a protracted thigh injury and was only substituted after the break.

AS Roma, on the other hand, made it one lap ahead. The top Italian club also won 2: 1 (0: 0) in Ukraine after beating Shakhtar Donetsk 3-0 in the first leg.
