BVB coach Edin Terzic allegedly in focus at VfL Wolfsburg

Borussia Dortmund’s interim coach Edin Terzic has allegedly aroused the interest of VfL Wolfsburg. That reports the WAZ.

Oliver Glasner is currently in charge of Lower Saxony, the Austrian even leading the Wolves to third place in the table this season. Due to the remarkable performance, there are now rumors about his departure.

Most recently, Glasner was associated with an engagement at Eintracht Frankfurt, RB Leipzig or Red Bull Salzburg. In the 46-year-old’s contract, which is valid until 2022, an exit clause of 4.5 million euros is anchored.

According to kicker-Information, Wolfsburg is already exploring the coaching market to react to a possible Glasner transfer. Should the VfL coach actually turn his back on the Autostadt after the season, Terzic would allegedly be a good alternative. Although BVB would like to install him in Marco Rose’s assistant coaching team in the future, the position of Bundesliga head coach could be a very attractive task for Terzic.

He had taken over the black and yellow after Lucien Favre’s expulsion. After 27 competitive games, he has recorded 15 wins, four draws and eight defeats.
