New doors open for Bayer Leverkusen legionnaire Aleksandar Dragovic before the summer transfer window: Dinamo Moscow and 1. FC Cologne are also trying to get the Austrian.
How Sky reports, the 30-year-old has a concrete offer from the Russian top club Dinamo Moscow. Dinamo is currently being coached by German trainer Sandro Schwarz.
In addition to Dinamo Moscow, 1. FC Köln is said to have put out feelers for the central defender – Dragovic could work there with compatriot Peter Stöger. It is unclear whether a transfer would also be realistic in the event of a relegation to the 2nd Bundesliga.
Dragovic, whose contract in Leverkusen expires in the summer, declared in the end of April APA already his change intentions. “I’m trying to bring the four weeks down as well as possible. I can only give full throttle in every training session. Then a new chapter will open,” said Dragovic.
Red Star Belgrade would also like to sign Dragovic: “If I don’t play week after week, I’ll be unhappy. That’s why I became a footballer. I prefer to play in a worse team or in a worse league and be for a few euros less happy.”
